Dr. Krisztina Kis-Katos hat am 26.10.2011 für ihre Dissertation "Globalization and Child Labour" den Friedrich-August-von-Hayek-Preis bekommen, mit dem die Wirtschafts- und Verhaltenswissenschaftliche Fakultät jährlich eine hervorragende Dissertation auszeichnet.

Frau Dr. Kis-Katos hat am Freitag, den 24. Juni 2011, den KfW-Nachwuchsförderpreis für praxisrelevante Entwicklungsforschung KfW aus den Händen des Vorstandsvorsitzenden der KfW Bankengruppe, Herrn Dr. Ulrich Schröder, erhalten. Sie ist mit dem 1. Preis ausgezeichnet worden für ihre Dissertation " Globalization and child labor" für die beste  entwicklungsökonomische Dissertation aus dem deutschsprachigen Raum im vergangenen Jahr.  Er wurde ihr auf der Jahrestagung des Ausschusses für Entwicklungsländer des Vereins für Socialpolitik überrreicht.
